SCIENTIST DEVELOPED A NEW METHOD FOR KIDNEY TRANSPLANT
Scientist in her latest study say human kidney should be grown inside the rat body and after that transplant inside human body this technique help for kidney donor seeker .
said that our scientist developed a short cut method to developed human kidney in 30 days .In this technique they have used mice stem cells to grow kidneys in rat embryos ,using a technique that could one day help grow human kidney for transplant .
The technique has previously been used to grow mice-derived pancreas in rats .
GENETICALLY MODIFICATION:-
The researcher collected rat embryo structure that had been genetically modified so they would not developed kidney on their own .
The embryos were then injected with pluripotent stem cells from mice and implanted into rat wombs so they could be carried to term .pluripotent stem cell are kind of master cell that can developed into Any of the cell and tissue that makeup the body.
