TOO MUCH EXERCISE CAUSED PREMATURE DEATH
U.S Based study say if you exercise too much you are on the high alert on the Heart attack disease .
A report of copper institute from dallas prove it scientifically.Athletes exercising too much and straining or harming their heart .
No doubt of course , that our hearts benefit from exercise.study after study shows that people who meet the standard exercise ,which call for about 30 minutes a day of moderate exercise,have reduced risk of developing heart disease.
PAST STUDY:-Researcher scanning the heart of long-time endurance athletes ,such as Marathon runners, have found scaring in those athletes heart muscles and also hefty deposit of coronary plaques,which can block arteries,causing a heart attack.
THE DATA :-record of 21,758 men, most of them in their 50s.divided into 3 main group .
1. man group have too much exercise
2. man group moderate exercise
3. man group never exercise
after study they will find group 1 and 3 most harm from heart disease.
CONCLUSION :-comparing the group researcher found that the man the man in the highest exercise group were prone to developing plaques.
In essence , these results suggested that large amounts of exercise can build large amount of Heat attack disease precipitated by plaque.
